Payments and Refunds FAQ

Short answers about prices, payment methods, order status, add-ons, discounts, fee refunds, and the refund policy.

Check the program, account size, add-ons, and total before you pay. Purchases are final once the evaluation account is created and delivered, subject to applicable law.

How much does an evaluation cost?

The price depends on the program and account size, plus any add-ons. Prices and promotions can change, so the BFT checkout always shows the current amount before you pay.

How can I pay?

Checkout offers two ways to pay:

  • Crypto: pay the generated invoice with a supported coin. The payment provider confirms it automatically, and account delivery starts without waiting for a review.
  • Local payment: pay with one of the Myanmar banks or wallets listed at checkout, such as KBZPay, AYA Pay, or UABpay. Send the exact amount, enter the transaction reference, and upload your receipt for review.

What happens after I pay?

The order shows Pending until the payment is confirmed. An Order Received email confirms that you submitted it; it is not approval. Local payments are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once the payment is approved, the account is created automatically and you receive an email when it is ready. If a local payment is still Pending after two business days, open one support ticket with your order ID, and do not pay again.

Will I get a receipt or confirmation?

Yes. You receive the Order Received email, a payment-confirmed email when the payment is approved, and an account-ready email when your login details are available. Your orders and receipt details are also listed under Billing in the dashboard.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay the evaluation fee and any add-ons you choose; BFT adds no processing fee to your purchase. Your bank, wallet, or crypto network may charge its own transfer fee. When you receive a payout, payment providers can charge a processing fee of up to 3.5%.

Which add-ons are available?

Checkout lists the add-ons available for your program and size, such as 90% payout, which raises the reward share from 80% to 90%, and First Payout After 14 days, which shortens the wait for the first payout. The price of each add-on is shown before you pay, and purchased add-ons carry forward to Phase 2 and the funded account.

Can I combine a discount code with a promotion?

No. Choose either one checkout promotion or one discount code. Sign in before you enter a code, because some codes work only for specific accounts. A referral reward from Refer a Friend can be used alongside an eligible promotion or code.

Can I change the account size after I buy?

No. The program and size are fixed once the order is placed. To trade a different size, buy a new evaluation.

Do I get my evaluation fee back?

It depends on the program. Yangon Standard refunds 100% of the fee with your first approved payout, and Mandalay with your fourth. Yangon Express does not include a fee refund. The refund is paid with the payout, not before.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are final and non-refundable once the evaluation account has been created and delivered, except where the law requires a refund. Failing an evaluation does not qualify for a refund. If you were charged twice or think a payment went wrong, open a support ticket with your order ID before paying again.
