Request a Payout
Check account-specific eligibility, calculate the maximum request, and track performance-reward review.
Use the account-specific eligible date and maximum amount in BFT. A payout request is reviewed and is not a promise of approval or a payment date. BFT requires the full eligible amount shown; partial payout requests are not available.
Before you start
The account must be in the funded stage, active and compliant, with approved KYC, positive eligible profit, a first-trade date, no pending payout request, and eligible consistency when required. The 35% requirement applies only to Funded accounts originating from Challenges purchased on or after September 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM Myanmar time; earlier purchases remain unaffected even if they reach Funded later. Close every position and pending order before submitting.
Steps
Confirm that Consistency shows Eligible and close all positions and pending orders.
Confirm that the account has not violated the Daily Loss limit, Overall Loss limit, or any applicable Trading Rules.
Do not trade while a request is pending. BFT version 1 does not lock the trading platform, but detected provider trading automatically cancels the pending request and sends you an email. A canceled request does not reset the consistency cycle. See Payouts and fee refunds for the 35% formula, 21:59 GMT day boundary, and payout-cycle rules.
First eligibility normally begins 21 days after the first trade for Yangon Standard and Yangon Express, or 30 days for Mandalay. An eligible add-on can change the first period. Later dates are account-specific. Each funded account has its own payout clock and history. A payout from another account does not shorten or reset the selected account's eligibility period.
The implemented reward share is 80%, or 90% with the eligible add-on. If eligible profit is $1,000, the maximum is $800 at an 80% share or $900 at 90%. A scheduled fee refund is separate from simulated trading profit.
What success looks like
BFT accepts one request for the full displayed eligible amount and shows its status. You retain the confirmation and respond to any official clarification request through the authenticated support ticket.
Common mistakes
- Counting from account creation instead of the first trade.
- Requesting all simulated profit instead of the eligible share.
- Requesting less than the full eligible amount shown on the dashboard.
- Expecting a fee refund on an ineligible program or payout number.
- Submitting another request while one is pending.
- Trading while a request is pending.
